An edit from my previous review. I want to clarify that my dealings with Brooke in used sales was very good . Brooke did her job very well however my beef is with her sales manager Chad who was quite incompetent at his job. We had a deal worked out which included having an item transferred from our old to newer vehicle. However once the deal was agreed on he actually had the nerve to call me asking me to pay the extra that he did not take into consideration. Very shady , unfair, and incompetent resulting in me having to pay an extra 500.00. Upon delivery Brooke to the time to go through a few vehicle options. Which was much appreciated. The sales manager didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. I think he knew I was not impressed with him. If they would have stuck to the agreement it would have been a 5 star review. I guess Chad needed to pad his profit margin.
